Review: With the help of CableMon you can control network traffic via LAN and view reports for a long period of time. The GUI consists of a small rectangular window where you can choose the network connection to display the download, and overall speed, average speed and traffic from the last launch programs with the availability of the system, download and complete the download size. You can also view a graphical representation of packets sent and received, select the mode of transport (inbound, outbound, total), Rocking Climbing 16KB / s or adaptive mode, and change the unit of measurement of speed (per second, minute or hour). The report shows total uploaded, downloaded and total size over time, when it comes to the web, email, FTP, file sharing, news, UDP, and other types of data. As the program settings are, you can display data from the WinPcap driver in the main frame (otherwise informed the Julian calendar), to enable automatic execution at startup of the system I ask CableMon record NULL incoming data and ping a host to ensure circulation, specify the maximum connection speed to enable a custom port traffic in the newspaper. We noticed that the minimum use of resources during execution CableMons consumption. It has a good reaction rate, showing detailed information and activity doesn interrupt users when it is reduced in the system tray. We have not encountered any problems during our tests. Although it has not been updated for a while, CableMon works well on newer operating systems.
