Natura Sound Therapy is a software that comes bundled with several modules designed to help you focus and relax. The user interface is clear and simple. You are provided with several options when it comes to sound, ranging from ocean waves, rain, thunder and wind kariyon, pepiman frogs and birds singing. Each mode has several options available, but you can choose one of four modules relaxation - Native American Flute, Piano, Ambient Dub, and hand drum. So you can mix them together, adjust the volume and select frequencies. You can also create a countdown clock. Additionally, you can choose visualization to find plugins, change the background color (or insert image) with text display (affirmations inspiration) to customize your relaxation module. On the other hand, you simply select one of the preset factory dozen as Wide Awake, strengthens the immune system, Enhanced Learning, Jacks respect and induce sleep. The program uses a moderate amount of CPU and system memory, a luxury high-quality sound and includes a help file which describes all aspects of Natura Sound Therapy and information on brain waves.
